Fishing is definately a family thing. Take yesterday´s trip for example. Mrs. Beeli went out with her family on a 4 hour trip and they caught various types of fish. Look at the little one proud of his catch.
Mr Steven and Mrs Sarah Woffinden, are a couple that we have pleasantly had with us in the last few years. This year we mixed some bottom Fishing with some Trawling.
On the 11/04/2013 they went out on a 7 hour trip,in which we done bottom fishing and big game, they caught various typical bottom species and also lost 2 Tunas.
It seems the younger generation is showing how Big Game Fishing is done. Yesterday Morning, Passionate angler Steve Hunter, joined us once again but this time it was his 10 year old son that stiked a fish. He reeled in a 200 lbs Tuna. Well done young man!
Captain José spotted several schools of Tuna. Unfortunately no strike on last Tuesday. The water temperature has risen to 21C, good news for fishing. The reason being is that most of the species that we target, swim in warm waters. Hopefully Marlin will be coming in earlier this year. Everything seems to pointing out a good Season.
Yesterday Morning 7th April, 15 year old Tom Beaumont, caught a 60Lbs Big Eye Tuna. The fish gave him a good fight, but he proved to have the skill for this type of fishing,
The weather in the last few days has been inconstant, therefore not all anglers enjoy a choppy wave. Yesterday Mr Shapkin Ross, went out on a 4h Trip abourd Our Mary. After an hour trawling the strike hit, giving him a fight with a beauty, a 140 lbs Tuna.
